Though, honestly, I think the best part of the update is the ability to recover closed canvases if you closed it without meaning to. You can preserve brushes, textures, swatch and license certificate through which of following way. This tool also allows you to set up perspective grids which I haven't really played with too much, but will eventually try out at some point. Installation Note: The full installer of Ver.1.2.0 or later will install SAI Ver.1 into 'C:PaintToolSAI' in default settings.
